3.Madhulika Ramteke (Chhattisgarh) – She founded a microfinance bank and recognized for her achievements in the domain of Social Worker.

4.Sathupati Prasanna Sree (Arunachal Pradesh)- She is an english professor and chairperson at Andhra university in the board of studies and awarded in the domain of preserving minority tribal languages.

5.Niranjanaben Mukulbhai Kalarthi (Gujarat) –She is an Indian author and educator who also helps tribal unprivileged girls in getting an education and is honored with this award for promoting the gujarati language and education of tribal girls.

6.Pooja Sharma ( Haryana) – An Indian entrepreneur and the first woman to work outside, also established 9 SHGs, trained 1000 women, and helped 150 employees in her food manufacturing industry. She got award for her achievements as India’s highest resident honor for women.

7.Sruti Mohapatra (Odisha) – She is the founder and head of swabhiman which means State Disability Information and Resource) and awards for her achievement in the domain of Indian disability rights activist.

8.Kamal Kumbhar (Maharashtra) – She is a founder of kamal poultry and ekta producer company and is honored for her contribution to promoting women’s entrepreneurship in the field of animal husbandry.

9.Neerja Madhav (Uttar Pradesh) – She is a hindi writer, also promoted world peace, rights, and reservation for eunuchs and tibetan deportees. Also this award is a recognition of her work for marginalized people through hindi literature.

10.Neena Gupta (West Bengal) – She is a professor at the statistics and mathematics unit of the Indian Statistical institute. Also, honored for her excellence in the field of mathematics. She became the third woman and fourth Indian to win the prestigious prize of Ramanujan prize.

11.Radhika Menon (Kerala) – Indian female merchant officer, currently serving as the first female captain in the Indian merchant navy. Still, she receives honor for her exceptional bravery at sea.

12.Anshul Malhotra (Himachal Pradesh) – She  awarded for preserving her native handloom and trained more than 200 unprivileged rural women. Also, created a set of 2200 handloom designs for weavers to protect.

Eligibility To Nari Shakti Puruskar Award

• This award is open to all individuals, institutions, and organizations without discrimination on grounds of race, faith, or caste.
• In the individual category, the awardee’s age should be above 30 years on January 1st. Ashe should have worked  five years in relevant fields.
• She should not have been a recipient of earlier awards including Stree Shakti Puraskars by the ministry.
• Awarded for outstanding work, preferably in exceptional circumstances of women in the field of economics and social empowerment.
• An award is for any state or union territory with good child-sex ratio.
