FIFA 2023 Awards Eligibility And Nomination Process

All players must hold the nationality of their country and be subject to that country’s jurisdiction. Players must be eligible for selection following all applicable FIFA statutes and regulations. If a team has an ineligible player, they are expelled from the tournament.

The nomination regulations are given for both women and men to the FIFA refereeing international Lists, including referees, assistant referees, video match officials, beach soccer reference, and any other individual who can apply to FIFA and be eligible to officiate international matches.
